Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Sludge Dewatering ProjectProvided sludge treatment system upgrade services for a large-scale municipal wastewater treatment plant. To address the challenges of high sludge generation volume and high disposal costs, a multi-disc screw dewaterer was employed for preliminary dewatering, reducing the moisture content to below 80%. Subsequently, a low-temperature sludge dryer was utilized to further reduce the moisture content to 45%, achieving a substantial reduction in sludge volume and significantly lowering subsequent outsourced disposal costs. The equipment operates stably, features a high degree of automation, and has effectively improved the plant's operational environment.Case Studies March 31, 2026

Food Processing Wastewater Treatment and Sludge Resource Utilization ProjectThis project involved providing a multinational food enterprise with a comprehensive system for wastewater treatment and sludge volume reduction. The process utilizes mechanical screens to intercept large solid debris, air flotation units to remove suspended solids and grease, and finally, belt filter presses to efficiently dewater the biological sludge. The project successfully resolved the client's wastewater discharge compliance issues, reduced the moisture content of the dewatered sludge to below 80%, and created the necessary conditions for subsequent resource utilization (such as composting)—thereby achieving a harmonious balance between environmental protection and economic benefits.Case Studies March 31, 2026

Biogas Residue and Sludge Resource Recovery ProjectUtilizing the low-temperature biogas residue dryer—an innovative technology developed by Boyi Environmental Protection—the moisture content of the biogas residue was reduced from 65% to below 45%. This resulted in significant weight reduction and a substantial decrease in disposal costs.Case Studies March 31, 2026
