Working Principle

Automatic Feeding & Flocculation

Sludge is delivered into the mixing tank by a feed pump, while solid polymer is dosed quantitatively for full flocculation mixing.

Intelligent Start-up & Conveying

When the liquid level reaches the preset limit, the screw body starts automatically to begin the sludge pressing process. The rotating screw shaft conveys sludge forward continuously without blockage.

Solid-liquid Separation & Discharge

Filtrate is discharged through gaps between fixed and movable annular plates, and dewatered sludge is discharged at the outlet stably with uniform dryness.
