Solution and Results:

Efficient Volume Reduction: Utilizing the low-temperature biogas residue dryer—an innovative technology developed by Boyi Environmental Protection—the moisture content of the biogas residue was reduced from 65% to below 45%. This resulted in significant weight reduction and a substantial decrease in disposal costs.

Stable Operation: The equipment achieved over 8,000 hours of stable annual operation. The electricity consumption per ton of material was optimized to 17 kW·h/t, demonstrating exceptional system reliability and economic efficiency.

Resource Recycling: The dried biogas residue meets the standards for use as cattle bedding. This successfully transformed waste material into a high-value resource, perfectly embodying the principles of the circular economy.
