Structure & Working Principle of Wastewater Static Screen
The main body the wastewater static screen is the stainless steel curved filter screen surface made from the wedge steel bar. The wastewater is evenly distributed to the inclined seive surface by the overflow weir. Because the gap of the screen is small and smooth, the back gap is large, the drainage is smooth and it is not easy to block, the solid material is intercepted. The filtered water flows out from the sieve plate gap, and the solid material is pushed to the bottom of the seive plate to discharge.
The wastewater static screen can effectively lower the concentration of the suspended solids in water and reduce the handling load in the subsequent process. It is also used for solid-liquid separation and recovery of useful substances in industrial production. It is an excellent non power device for filtering and recovering suspended solids, floatation and sendiment.
