BOEEP XQ mechanical rotary fine bar screens are critical solid-liquid separation equipment for primary wastewater treatment. The BOEEP wastewater fine screening machine consists of four main components:
Transmission device
Rake chain system
Integrated supporting frame
Screening removal mechanism
Rakes made of nylon or stainless steel are fixed on the chain shaft in a precise arrangement to form a continuous circulating toothed harrow surface.
Driven by the transmission chain, the entire harrow surface performs a circular motion from top to bottom. Solid suspended matters intercepted on the toothed harrow are lifted to the discharge port and completely removed by the rotating brush. This automated process ensures uninterrupted operation of downstream equipment and reduces overall operational costs.

Note: Power values correspond to a tooth movement speed of 2m/min. Custom speeds available upon request.
Theoretical water flow (excluding sediment) = average flow velocity across the gate × water flowing area × effective water flowing area rate
At designed water flow rate V=1m/s, the corresponding water level difference is approximately △H=200mm
Actual water flow should be adjusted based on gate slag and water quality, generally estimated at 0.5 times the theoretical value
Water flowing area = Channel width B × (Water level H1-△H)/sinα
Model selection must be based on your technical parameters and process requirements. Please clearly indicate the model and required slag outlet height. If not specified, the default outlet height of 750mm will be provided.
If material and motor brand are not specified, we will use domestic motors and SS304 stainless steel as standard.
