Structure and Working Principle
BOEEP mechanical rotary fine bar screen for sewage filtration is composed of transmission device, rake chain system, supporting frame and screenings removal mechanism.
Main machine frame is welded to special assembly platform according to the JB/ZQ4000.3-86 General technical conditions for welding parts. Tooth is made of quality stainless steel or nylon and is formed through primary stamping by using mould and punching machine. Tooth rake is a large rotational plane composed of many small tooth rakes. Nylon shall be used as isolation pad to ensure spacing between teeth.
This mechanical rotary fine bar screen is an overall net composed of several small teeth. Under the driving by chain, it does screening work from bottom to top. It discharge dregs by means of self weight of screening and removal device.
Main machine frame is integrated type and the structure is secure and reasonable.
Tooth surface shall have convex strips; ensure that it is not easy for deformation by strength
Dirt can be totally removed and the operation is flexible and reliable.
This device can act accurately and it can effectively prevent damage caused by over-loading to motor reduction box.
Chain and chain track form closed state, which can effectively prevent screenings falling into the track and to avoid jamming.
Electrical overloading protection device adopts hot relay when faults occurs on the machinery or over-loading is available, it will automatically stop and gives an alarm. Actions of this device are sensitive and reliable.
This machine adopts fully-automatic control. It can still works even if there is no one keeping it. In case of any jamming, it will give an alarm and automatically stop.

1-Theoretical water flow (exclude sediment etc.) =average velocity of the flow across the gate × water flowing area× the effective rate of water flowing area.
2-The designed water flow rate V= 1m/s corrresponding to the water level difference is approximately as △H=200MM.
3-Water flowing area= Channel width B×(Water level H1- △H)/ sinα.
4-The power in the above table corresponding to the tooth movement speed 2m/min.
5-The actual water flow should be based on the gate slag and water etc. Usually, it is generally estimated at 0.5 times the theoretical value.
1-The model selection must refer to the technical parameters and process requirements. The model and the slag outlet height must be indicated. Otherwise, the height of slag outlet will be organized as 750mm.
2-If the material and motor brand are not noted, we will use our domestic motor, and the material will be SS304.
3-The preembedded plate, slag storing device, conveying device are all needed to be purchased separately. The installation structure of the preembedded plate needs to be asked from our technician.
