DNYF type fully-enclosed gravity belt filter press is mainly used for processing the sludge which is not concentrated in the thickening pool (such as A/O residual sludge). It has two functions: concentration and dewatering. The equipment can meet the requirement of larger treatment capacity and lower sludge cake moisture content, by means of multiple press roll and high-pressure roll structure desigh. Meanwhile the outside door structure make the system fully closed, maintenance expediently.
The flocculated material is uniformly sent to the concentrated gravity dehydrating zone through the fabric mechanism. In this section, there is a long horizontal movement and a small angle rising, and the material moves along the filter belt with the filter band. Under the action of gravity, free water is separated from the floc, and the bulk of the material is removed from the water. The material is basically out of fluidity and scraped through the scraper to the filter press section.
The material enters the wedge-shaped dehydration area. The slurry is further leveled and evenly distributed in the wedge area, and it is squeezed slightly. The wedge space formed by the upper and lower filters is large to small, and the final two band is closed. The pressure of the slurry sandwiched in the middle of the filter is gradually increased, and the water is continuously discharged from the slurry, and the mud has finished. All of them lose liquidity and prepare for the next step into the pressing dewatering area.
The press roll of the squeezed dehydrated area is arranged in order of size from large to small, and the pressing force of the material is gradually increased from small to small. After several S rows of press rolls are pressed, moved and cut, most of the intercellular water is removed and the sludge is dehydrated. When the filter passes through the unloading mechanism, the mud cake is scraped off from the filter belt by the scraper. The upper and lower filter belts are returned to the gravity dewatering area after cleaning and regeneration, and a sludge dewatering cycle is completed.
In the dewatering system, mud, dosing, mixing, reaction, dehydration under laminar flow and mud cake output are implemented.
The design and manufacture of the dehydrator is suitable for the harsh working environment of high temperature and 100% humidity in the dewatering room, so as to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the equipment.
The dehydrator runs smoothly and normally, no impact, vibration and abnormal sound. All parts are tested and qualified before assembling.

1-The speed of the filter belt can be adjusted smoothly
2-The empty load test of the dehydrator meets the requirements of 6.16 of JB/T8102-1999, and the load test meets the requirements of JB/T8102-1999 6.17.

4-The action of the filter belt correction device is flexible and reliable. When the filter belt deviates from the center 15mm (operation can be adjusted according to the actual operation), the filter tape correction device works automatically, and the strainer is not more than 30mm in the operation, which can be adjusted according to the actual operation condition.
5-The dehydrator has a washing system, and the flushing device is composed of a spray pipe and a nozzle. The spray range covers the width of the filter belt, and each nozzle can be replaced. The flushing device has good sealing property, and it is not allowed to splash water and wet mud cake. And equipped with backwash filter for easy maintenance and cleaning.
