Product Introduction

After years of development, BOEEP has designed an innovative mobile sludge dewatering solution to meet the needs of various sewage treatment plants. This portable dewatering of sludge system is easy to move and can be used in multiple locations, providing effective sludge management across different sites. The system includes a volute screw press, integrated polymer preparation unit, polymer feed pump, sludge pump, and a sludge transport truck.

  • High Efficiency: The use of decanter centrifuge technology ensures effective separation of solids and liquids, optimizing the dewatering process.

  • Easy Setup: Designed for quick deployment, it can be operational within a short period, offering flexibility for different treatment sites.

  • Durable Construction: Built with high-quality materials to withstand harsh conditions, ensuring long-lasting performance.

  • Cost-Effective: By significantly reducing sludge volume, the system lowers disposal costs and improves the overall efficiency of wastewater treatment.

Working Principle

According to each wastewater treatment factory's request, mobile containerized sewage dewatering equipment can be moved to the site and used to dewater the sludge in the sludge tank of wastewater treatment factory during operation. The first step is to open the polymer preparation unit to mix the polymer completely. Then the sludge will be pumped by sludge pump from the sludge tank to the mixing& flocculation tank of the screw press, in which the sludge is mixed with the flocculant fed by the dosing pump. Then flocculated sludge flows into the main body of volute screw press to be dewatered. After dewatering, the sludge cake is transported by the screw conveyor, and the filtrate will return to the sewage treatment system for being processed again.
