Our low temperature sludge drying equipment utilizes the principle of low-temperature heat pump dehumidification combined with convection hot air drying. Wet sludge is evenly spread on a mesh belt and transported through the drying chamber. The entire system adopts a fully enclosed design, ensuring no heat loss during the drying process.
The refrigeration system cools and dehumidifies humid air exhausted from the drying room, while simultaneously recovering the latent heat released during moisture condensation to reheat the dry air. This innovative combination of dehumidification and heat pump technology enables efficient energy recycling throughout the drying process.
