This sludge dewatering system consists of a driving device, flocculation mixing system, screw extrusion body, filtrate collector and heavy-duty frame. The core filtration unit is composed of fixed rings, movable rings and a SUS304 screw shaft running through the main body, with the front section dedicated to sludge concentration and the rear section for high-pressure dewatering.
During operation, sludge is conveyed to the mixing tank by a feed pump, while solid polymer is dosed quantitatively for flocculation. The mixing system ensures full blending of sludge and polymer to form compact flocs. Once the liquid level triggers the sensor, the screw body starts automatically to extrude the flocculated sludge. The screw shaft transports sludge toward the discharge outlet continuously, and filtrate flows out smoothly through the gaps between annular plates, with clean separation of solid and liquid phases throughout the process.
